Spanr’s free plan gives you full access to the core experience without requiring a subscription or credit card. You can organize your home, track appliances and fixtures, upload photos and documents, and use Dr. Spanr for guided troubleshooting. The entire experience works across iOS, Android, and the web, and everything is securely stored in the cloud.
The free plan includes the complete set of home-management features available today. This covers property creation, full home inventory tools, care plan guidance, and unlimited access to your documentation. You can also use Dr. Spanr for step-by-step diagnostics, with a daily allowance that resets every 24 hours.
Spanr does apply a small set of limits to help keep the free plan simple and sustainable. These limits do not restrict your ability to manage a typical home and are designed to support the needs of most individual households. There are no separate limits for fixtures versus appliances; everything in your inventory counts toward the same item total, and there are no restrictions on photos, receipts, provider contacts, or uploads.
