Care activities guide you through the maintenance tasks recommended for your appliances and fixtures. Each activity contains instructions and resources designed to help you complete the task safely and correctly. Spanr makes it simple to manage these tasks from your dashboard or from the item itself.
Viewing Activity Details
When you open a care activity, you can see:
- A written description of what the task involves
- Step-by-step instructions
- Helpful videos when available
- Any system-provided documents related to the task
- The due date and scheduling information
These resources help you understand the task and complete it confidently.
Snoozing an Activity
If you’re not ready to complete a task, you can snooze it. Snoozing temporarily delays the reminder without affecting future schedules. This is helpful when you want to handle the task later but still keep it on your radar.
Marking an Activity as Completed
When you finish a task, you can mark it as completed. Completing a task:
- Updates your maintenance history
- Adjusts the next due date based on the activity’s cadence
- Keeps your dashboard clean and up to date
You can also add photos or notes (for inventory items) to document the work you performed.
