Spanr gives you flexible options to contact service providers whenever you need help. Whether you’ve saved your own service contacts, pinned preferred providers to your property, or received recommendations from Spanr, you can reach providers quickly from anywhere in the app.
Contacting Your Service Contacts
Your service contacts are professionals you have added to your Spanr profile. Each contact includes details such as phone number, company name, specialization, and any notes you saved. From the contact card, you can call, text, or email the provider directly.
All household members with access to the property can view these contacts and reach them when needed.
Contacting Pinned Providers
Pinned providers are your preferred choices for a specific property. When an issue occurs, these providers appear first so you can contact them without searching through your list.
Pinned providers are especially helpful for homes with recurring service needs, such as HVAC tune-ups, water heater work, or appliance repairs.
Contacting Suggested Providers
If you don’t have a provider saved for the job you need, Spanr recommends trusted service providers based on your location and the type of work required. These suggestions appear when Dr. Spanr identifies a repair need, when you open a service request for a managed property, or when you view service options from an appliance or fixture.
You can contact these providers directly from their cards in the same way you contact your own service contacts.
Staying Organized Across Your Household
Everyone who shares the property can view and contact the same providers. This ensures that repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance can be coordinated smoothly by any member of the household.
