Pinning a provider marks them as a preferred choice for the property. This is especially useful when you have long-term relationships with certain professionals, such as HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, or appliance repair specialists.
Pinned providers appear at the top of your suggested list when you need help.
How to Pin or Unpin Providers
You can pin a provider from their contact page or from the provider list. Only editors of the property can pin or unpin providers. This ensures the pinned list reflects the preferences of those responsible for managing the home.
Multiple providers can be pinned for the same job type, giving you flexibility based on availability or specialization.
How Pinned Providers Are Used
When you ask for help or submit an issue, Spanr checks your pinned providers first. If any of your pinned contacts match the service type needed, they appear first in your recommended list.
If none of your pinned providers match the required specialization, or if you have not pinned any providers yet, Spanr suggests service providers from the larger global network.
