Care tasks are generated using information such as capacity, age, installation date, fuel type, filter dimensions, system type, and maintenance intervals. For example, tank size affects flushing cycles for water heaters, and filter sizes determine HVAC filter replacement schedules.

Spanr also adjusts tasks based on your local climate, ensuring care reminders match seasonal demands.

What Care Activities Include

Care activities may include filter replacements, inspections, flushing or cleaning procedures, water testing, pump checks, and other system-specific tasks. Each activity links back to the fixture so your home stays organized.

Staying on Top of Maintenance

Marking tasks as completed helps Spanr keep your schedule updated. Notes or photos added during maintenance become part of the fixture’s long-term record.
