In this video, Spanr Designs walks you through cleaning your dryer lint filter in a few clear steps:
- Turn off the dryer
- Pull the lint filter straight up and out of the dryer
- Remove lint from both sides of the filter using your fingers
- Rinse the lint filter under running water
- Allow the lint filter to air-dry before reinstalling
- Insert the dry lint filter back into the dryer
- Turn the dryer back on
