Spanr supports multiple properties, allowing you to manage homes, rentals, units, or vacation spaces all in one place.

Property Limits on the Free Plan

With the Spanr Free plan, you can add:

• 1 property
• Up to 20 total items across that property (appliances + fixtures)

These limits ensure that essential home management features remain fully functional at no cost.

Upgrading in the Future

While additional plans are coming soon, all core functionality — including inventory, fixtures, care plans, and sharing — remains available for your first property. You can update a property address or details anytime.
