Understanding Plan Limits

Every Spanr plan includes the complete property operations platform. Plans differ in portfolio capacity, automation, integrations, storage, permissions, support, and AI usage.

Capacity by plan

• Core supports up to 100 properties and 10 property-management team members.
• Plus supports up to 1,000 properties and 50 property-management team members, with expanded storage and higher AI usage limits.
• Enterprise supports portfolios of 1,000 or more properties, unlimited team members, custom storage, and high-volume AI usage tailored to the organization.

Residents of participating properties and service providers do not count toward team-member limits. Resident access is configured by the property management team and is included at no additional cost.

Voice AI is available as an add-on for Core, includes a monthly allowance with Plus, and is sized to expected call volume for Enterprise. For the current feature comparison and pricing, see Spanr pricing.
