The Free Plan provides the full Spanr experience for a single property. It includes:
- One property
- Up to twenty total items (appliances and fixtures combined)
- Up to fifty AI operations per day
You can add inventory, track fixtures, view care activities, upload photos, store documents, manage service contacts, pin preferred providers, and use the home dashboard without limitations beyond the item and operation limits.
