How Many Properties Can I Add?
Spanr plans scale with the number of residential properties or units your property management team manages.
Property capacity by plan
- Core: up to 100 properties
- Plus: up to 1,000 properties
- Enterprise: 1,000 or more properties, with capacity tailored to the portfolio
Each individually managed rental home or unit counts as one property for billing. A single-family rental counts as one property, while an eight-unit building counts as eight.
