Spanr allows you to securely share access to your property with family members, co-residents, property managers, or trusted service partners. Shared access ensures everyone has the right information when caring for the home.
How Property Sharing Works
You can share a property with others by sending an invite using their email address. Spanr creates a secure, permission-based record in your property’s shared access settings.
If the recipient already uses Spanr, the property appears in their dashboard immediately. If they are new, the access is granted automatically once they sign up using the invited email.
Managing Access
As the property owner, you control:
- Who can view your property
- Whether they can add or update items
- Whether they can see service activity
- Whether access should be removed
You can update or revoke access at any time.
Viewing Activity from Shared Members
Spanr logs activity so you can see updates made by people with access, including:
- New items added
- Notes or photos uploaded
- Care activity completions
- Service requests submitted
Shared access keeps everyone aligned without needing separate spreadsheets or text messages.
