Most SaaS marketing explains the product. We decided to make people feel it instead.
We’ve been thinking about why so much PropTech marketing looks the same — feature grids, benefit bullets, screenshot walkthroughs. It’s not that the content is wrong. It’s that it speaks to the head while the decision is made in the gut.
Homeowners don’t choose a platform because of a feature list. They choose it because something made them feel understood. So we asked a different question. What if we stripped away every word, every caption, every callout — and told our product stories purely through images? No marketing voice. No explanation. Just a sequence of illustrated scenes that anyone could feel their way through.
The frustration of not finding what you need when you need it. The moment something shifts. The quiet relief of having everything in order.
We created Milo — a small, universally relatable boy — and his bird companion, a quiet metaphor for the Spanr platform itself. The bird notices things before Milo does. It guides him toward the answer. At the right moment, it delivers.
No words needed. We call them Milo Stories. Silent, sequential, wordless.
Our first one is live: Milo and the Missing Manual.
