Which smart locks and lockboxes does Spanr support? 
Spanr supports CodeBox lockboxes and RemoteLock smart locks. Connect your provider account, import your devices, and assign each device to a property.
How are provider credentials and lockbox codes protected?
Provider credentials and stored lockbox codes are encrypted. Stored codes stay hidden until an authorized user chooses to reveal one, and each reveal is recorded.
Who on our team can manage access devices?
Device actions follow your account roles. Team members only see the device-management actions their role allows.
How do access devices work with self-tours?
Assign a device to a property and verify its settings, and the property can offer self-tours. Approved visitors receive a time-limited code only at tour time, and self-tour hours stay within the device’s access hours.
Can we revoke access after a code is issued?
Yes. Your team can revoke any grant. Spanr cancels the code remotely where the provider supports it, and the revocation is recorded on the device timeline.
What happens if we disconnect a provider?
Spanr checks for active access grants before removing provider credentials and imported devices, so access is not cut off unexpectedly.
