How to Add Appliances and Fixtures to Spanr

Property management teams can add appliances, fixtures, and installed systems to create a reliable asset record for each property or unit. Those records support manuals, warranty tracking, maintenance history, and property-specific resident help.

Add an asset

1. Scan the product label. Use a phone camera to capture the manufacturer label. Spanr uses the label to identify the brand and model and reduce manual entry.
2. Enter details manually. Add the brand, model, serial number, and other known information when a label is missing or inaccessible.

When model information is available, Spanr can attach relevant manuals, warranty information, specifications, and maintenance guidance.

Organize and maintain the record

Assign each appliance or fixture to the correct property, unit, and space. Add installation photos, serial-label images, receipts, service documents, and notes so the property management team and authorized users have the context they need.
